By utilizing this MLB level technology, it allows me to teach the basics of what is known as "pitch shaping". This helps make all of the pitches in their arsenal much sharper, more deceptive and ultimately harder to hit.

Coach Shawn meticulously breaks down Ryan's pitching & hitting mechanics.
In fact my son's previous flaws are NOW HIS STRENGTHS!
I would recommend Coach Shawn for any player willing to dedicate time to improving their game.

Developing baseball players is a process.
Trust the process.
Dedication. Grit. Determination. Perseverance. You need these things if you are going to excel at anything in this life. Getting really good takes time and it truly is a process. It starts with taking inventory about where you are with your swing or pitching, deciding what
your goals are and getting to work.
The problem is most kids playing baseball these days don't get to experience these concepts (dedication, grit, determination and perseverance) nearly enough. Doing the truly hard and difficult stuff tends to get avoided. There are no shortcuts. Kids are stuck in their rooms not actually practicing and working on their game like they need to. Baseball and physical activity have taken a backseat to social media and technology and it's an uphill battle for all parents and players. This is a shame, because they need to be pushed and shown that they can and will get better. Talking about it is wasting time. Take control of the situation. Decide on some lofty goals and get after it with action.
If your kid plans on making their middle school team, high school team and possibly playing in college, they don't have time to waste. You need to be much better than you think you do and you have to come to grips about that sooner as opposed to later. You need proper instruction and guidance to get on track and stay on track. Even for the "Rec Ball" player that isn't as "serious" as a travel team player, it's worth it to see how good you can become instead of staying frustrated, making the same mistakes over and over again and possibly get injured with bad mechanics.
If you are serious about getting better and done with making excuses for why you aren't where you want to be, then maybe it's time to make it happen.
