Online or in-person Video Analysis

 The human eye can only see so much at "game speed" movement.  Slow motion technology is used to determine exactly what is happening before any "fixing" occurs.   This initial assessment and evaluation is critical to a players' success.  I will break down your swing and pitching mechanics, using markup and highlighting tools to point out areas of strength and those needing improvements to make the player more efficient and safe.

​Real vs. Feel....one of my goals is to determine what a player "feels" (during a swing or throw) to what is actually happening in reality and then attack the mechanical issues that may exist with drills and reps.  The truth is, many times what a player "feels" they are doing, is in fact, not what they are actually doing at all.  Kinesthetic awareness is critical so that progress can be expedited.  Using video feedback allows us to examine things more accurately in real-time and helps the player (and parents) understand why they do what they do and then how to made adjustments.  That is where the magic is...making adjustments.

Each skill video will include a 5-15 minute video breakdown analysis with me verbally guiding you through an analysis, with highlighting and markup tools. You will be given instructions on the video angles that would be needed.   Another option is in-person analysis.
