Coach Shawn meticulously breaks down Ryan's (pitching and hitting) mechanics and finds flaws to improve. The flaws have now become strengths due to his instruction. Most of the drills Coach Shawn teaches are repeatable in a small space at home as well so Ryan can continue to work on his own outside of lessons. I would recommend Coach Shawn for any player willing to dedicate time to improving their game.

Coach Shawn does an amazing job working with kids of all ages. My son, Carter, started seeing him consistently about a year ago. At that point his swing was broken. Shawn quickly started working on some of his mechanics and in just a couple months was crushing the ball and had his best season ever! Shawn also does more than instruct. He asks questions to ensure the player understands what he's teaching and can make adjustments on their own during a game. The technology is amazing too. From analyzing video on the big screen to measuring your swings exit velo and pitching velo, you can always get feedback on how you are doing. If you want to really improve your pitching and hitting you need to contact Shawn!

I highly recommend Coach Shawn. My son now is really tearing it up and hitting the ball with greater consistency. Just last week my boy hit two homeruns in one game! The second homer came off a high pitch. Now, my son has always struggled with the high pitch (coach noticed this early on) and it's been a huge weakness. Coach had just worked on this in the last couple sessions and man did it pay off. I can't believe how well he is hitting now! Any player who is serious about improving and is willing to put in the work should contact Coach Shawn".

My twin sons (Charlie for hitting and Aiden for pitching) both have seen tremendous improvements since working with Coach Shawn! He is tough, but in a good way.
He encourages the boys to use their heads and helps them understand what they are doing right and what needs to change. He does very well communicating with them and thoroughly enjoys his interactions with them. We are truly grateful to Coach Shawn!

"A friend of ours recommended us to Shawn Knott a few years ago. After the first lesson, we were immediately impressed with how easily Coach Shawn was able to communicate and work with our son and how he quickly identified areas where he needed to improve as a baseball player. Coach Shawn’s customized approached to hitting, pitching and fielding not only focuses on the physical side of the game, but he also stresses the importance of being mentally prepared, mentally tough and to be ready for any situation on field. Coach Shawn’s process of instructing players on how and why to do certain drills really breaks down each step for young players to easily understand, which allows the to take home what they have learned to practice on their own. Our son has really enjoyed how Coach Shawn provides visual feedback during lessons and how he uses his own experiences, at the professional level, to help explain certain drills or to help prepare them for situations in a game.
