PITCHING
Pitching is arguably the most demanding position on the field, mentally and physically. Bad and inefficient pitching mechanics will keep you from throwing strikes consistently. They will also eventually will break your body down, keep you sidelined and shorten your career. I will look at everything and discover what may be causing your pain and sapping your power. The goal is pain-free, consistent, power pitching.
The mental game will be discussed because usually that is what prevents the most talented pitchers from excelling on the mound at the higher levels. You must develop a "Big League" mindset where you are calm, methodical, relentless and literally "unshakable" in the face of adversity. Control what you can control and that starts with your mind.

Everything that you would want and expect is focused on: Throwing strikes, throwing with intent, getting on top, putting hitters away, spotting up your fast ball, mixing your pitches, keeping hitters off-balance, working both sides of the plate, refining and shaping your off-speed pitches, commanding all of your pitches, holding runners, "pitching backwards" and other higher level approaches are practiced. Arm care and proper warm-up are also addressed.
